Spinach and Cheese Quiche
I haven't made quiche in awhile and today I was just craving it!
It was the first time ( I think ) that my son has had it and
I'm happy that he really liked it.
I'm sure I'll be making it again real soon.
1 refrigerated pie crust
1 1/2 cups ham, cooked and cubed
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

Preheat oven 375 degrees F.
